Public Meeting Notices:
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, all public notices of the meeting of the Southwest Leadership Academy Board of Education, the governing board of Desert Mountain Academy, will be posted in the Board Agenda section on the Southwest Leadership Academy website, and on the main lobby door of the Southwest Leadership Academy school located at 4301 West Fillmore Street, Phoenix AZ 85043. Meetings shall not be held without at least twenty-four hours’ notice to the members of the public body and to the general public. The Southwest Leadership Academy Board of Education acts as a governing board for the school and is, pursuant to ARS 15-183, responsible for the policy decisions of the Southwest Leadership Academy charter.
